This place suits me perfectly with amenities like free Wi-Fi, an outdoor pool, and a bar area. I remember my first stay when staff helped me find my lost barrette. I can’t wait to come back for Christmas!

The kids loved Shipwreck Shores splash park, and the activities like go-karting kept everyone entertained. The place is super comfy, and we also explored amazing spots nearby. The food at the cafe was great, and it's awesome having shops within walking distance.
The cabin we got was a bit worn out, with the shower handle falling off sometimes, which was a hassle.

Perfect family getaway
Just wrapped up a 7-night stay in a Lagoon Deluxe Villa. The kids loved the heated pools and the jumping pillow! The kitchen had all we needed, but we wished it had an oven. Breakfast was okay, but the staff at the counter could use some friendliness.

A surprisingly delightful escape
Our family loved the lagoon views and the kids were ecstatic about the jumping pillow. Friendly staff made us feel at home!
However, the unit itself needed some maintenance. the shower tap fell off and the floors felt dirty. A bit disappointing.

Our stay in the Lagoon Beautiful Villa was good! The kids adored the water slides and pools, while the camp kitchen made meal prep a breeze. A slight dampness in the unit caught us off guard, but the overall fun atmosphere made it worth it.

The lovely gardens at Nrma made for serene strolls, perfect for unwinding. The cozy seating areas were easy to navigate, making it an ideal spot for us seniors to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
More shaded areas for seating would be appreciated.

Enjoyed the mini-golf. it’s well designed and fun. Our villa was clean and comfortable. Staff were super friendly and helpful, making the experience even better. The outdoor cinema was a hit in the evenings. we loved watching movies under the stars. However, the cabin showed signs of wear with stained carpets and some noisy ceiling fans. The outdoor cushions had black mold, which was disappointing. Noticed that the common areas could use more maintenance. Overall, a great stay with plenty of activities, just needs some TLC in certain spots.

Family with children paradise
Had a fantastic time here with my family. The kids couldn't get enough of the jumping pillow and mini-golf. They were laughing the entire time. One night, we decided to grab takeout from the bistro and, man, that food was great, everyone in the family enjoyed it!
Well, it wasn't exactly a bargain but considering the experience, it felt justified.

The dining options were pretty solid, especially the bistro where we found some top-notch fried rice that hit the spot after a long day of adventures. The staff were super friendly and the outdoor dining area was a delightful place to chill. And can we talk about all the fab activities available? The kids had an absolute ball at the pools and mini-golf!
Now, the place is looking a bit tired—think stained carpets and some noisy ceiling fans. We also missed the outdoor cinema nights since the big screen wasn’t working. Having the wheelie bins right next to our cabin wasn't ideal at all. Still, we managed to make the most of it!
